You can use the client to "archive" all the top-level projects and the user-database but that will not duplicate the entire database. You can use normal IT procedures to do a full backup of the DOORS database file hierachy. You can also turn off the DOORS servive and simply use windows explorer to "copy" the database root folder to some other folder.
